Cape Split
Yesterday Richard and I took advantage of some gorgeous weather to go for a hike at (on?) Cape Split.
The trail was just challenging enough, the weather was gorgeous, and the scenery beautiful. I think the pictures speak for themselves:

It was a fun day. We did the hike in about 3 hours, including a break for sandwiches. I got to try out my new Merrell hikers.
And because it was our wedding aniversary, we stopped at Blomidon Estate Winery for a bottle of wine on the way home.

Yes, beautiful hike....How did your feet make out after the hike (with the Merrells)?
