Two Socks

Bleck. It seems that our reprieve from rain was a short one. It's grey and drizzly again.
Yesterday, as I was watching the first season of Babylon 5, I finished the sockapalooza kneesocks, including weaving in the ends.

Of course, it's a lousy lousy picture because it's a wishywashy flash picture. Also, they're not blocked yet. I still haven't decided how I'm going to approach that particular task yet. I don't normally block my socks, but these don't look like I want a gift to look.

1. those are amazing! really beautiful, nice work...pat yourself on the back from me!
2. maybe try wire coat hangers for blocking? i've seen some others using that method, so it may work with longer ones. if not, you can always buy semi-flexible craft wire and employ the same technique.

Oh, they are fantastic! How much yarn did you use? They just got added the the list.
I've also seen sock blockers made from cheap plastic placemats. Wire would probably allow for better blocking though.
(I would totally trade for some rainy weather. I'm already tired of sunshine)
